Our website allows 24/7 ordering of products, with updates being sent directly through email on the progression of your order, including a tracking number that gives our customers piece of mind when they need to know when the order will arrive.

Our knowledgeable customer service representatives are available from 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

We also offer the Pump Now Pay Later Program. Upon faxing an application form, customers can place orders and receive supplies without incurring out-of-pocket expenses. Customers have 30-45 days to issue a payment.

The Diabetes Express Pharmacy is proud to have Mrs. Yara Aly, R. PH., B.Sc.Phm., CDE, managing our in house pharmacy. Mrs. Aly has over 13 years experience as a licensed pharmacist, speaks English French and Arabic.
