Diabetes Express - Frequently Asked Questions
  1. What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Interac Email Payments.  This can be done directly from your chequing account.  Please send the payment to customer.service@diabetesexpress.caIf you are paying an outstanding invoice, please enter the security question to be: Invoice number?  and the answer should be the capital letters "INV" plus the full invoice number you are paying. No spacing between the letters and numbers. For example invoice number 12345, would be entered as "INV12345" or invoice number 12345 PNPL, would be entered as "INV12345PNPL".  If you are purchasing new products, please either send an email or phone us, to tell us which products you are paying for.

  2. I order the same supplies every month. Can you keep my information on file and just ship them to me?

    Absolutely. Just phone in your first order to create an account and let us know what you would like shipped on which day of the month and you're done!
  3. What are your business hours?

    The Diabetes Express Order Desk is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST weekdays. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 7PM and Saturdays from 9:30AM to 4:30PM EST. Diabetes Express orders for pick up at the pharmacy must be phoned in ahead of time.
  4. I don't feel confident giving my credit card details through the internet. How else can I place an order?

    You may call us toll free at 1-866-418-3392, locally at 416-603-9727 or fax in your order to 416-603-0276.
  5. How quickly will I receive my invoice for submission to my insurance company?

    Your invoice will be included with your order for immediate submission to your insurance company.
  6. You are a pharmacy. Can you also fill my prescription(s)?

    We can fill prescriptions in Ontario only. We can phone your pharmacy to have your prescription transferred to us or you can ask your physician's office to fax over any new prescription to 416-603-0276 and it can then be included with your order.
