How To Transfer Your Prescription
We make it easy to transfer any existing prescription to Diabetes Express. As long as you provide us with your prescription information, we'll take care of the rest!
We will call your existing prescription provider to get more details regarding your prescriptions and have them transferred over same day to our in house pharmacy.
Diabetes Express will then arrange either a fast, secure and convenient delivery right to your front door or have it ready for pick up at our Etobicoke location. The choice is yours!
