SHIPPING

Across Canada, shipping is FREE for orders over $150.00 before taxes.
Our flat fee for orders below $150.00 is $7.95

US orders must be phoned in as we carry many items that cannot be shipped across the border. Please call 1-866-418-3392 for details.

We offer two different shipping options during check out for online orders: Canada Post Expedited and Purolator Ground. Both services take the same amount of time to deliver your product.  The only difference being:

Canada Post Express Post - Is better for those having their products delivered to a home address or if no oneis available to sign for the package.  It is then delivered to your local postal outlet for pickup.

Purolator / UPS: is better for business addresses or if you will be home to sign for your package.

We automatically associate one or the other with the ship to address given on the order.  If you would like to request one services vs. another please send an email to:  customer.service@diabetesexpress.ca

Depending on your location, delivery times across Canada vary from 1-4 business days.

It your order needs to be expedited for any reason and a guaranteed delivery time is required, please call our order desk at 1-866-418-3392 as many more shipping options are available.

RETURNED PRODUCTS

  • We do not accept returns of insulin and strips
  • Authorization must be obtained from Diabetes Express Order Desk before the return of any products. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be clearly identified on the external packaging of any returned product. Returned product must be in the original packaging and packed in a second container (external packaging).
  • Freight on all returned product must be prepaid.
  • Credit schedule for returned product.
    1. Product shipped in error by Diabetes Express will receive full credit.
    2. Product returned within 90 days of invoice date in saleable condition will be subject to a 15% reprocessing fee.
    3. Product not eligible for return will not be credited.
This includes:
  • Product returned without an RGA number.
  • Product returned more than 90 days after invoice date.
  • Product opened or used.
  • Product past expiration date.
