 Diabetes Express offers FREE shipping on all qualifying orders right across Canada. We offer multiple courier services to suit your needs. Each courier service delivers in the same amount of time, but have special qualities that ensure your package reaches you quickly.

What is a qualifying order?
Orders that qualify for FREE shipping are all orders over $200 before taxes.

Signature Required

All orders with insulin will require a signature regardless of the option selected at checkout. No exception's accepted

A signature is also required for any order over the value of $500.  

Your Best Shipping Option:

Canada Post is the best suited for those who would like their packages delivered to their home. If by chance you are not home when they arrive it will go to your local post office, which is almost guaranteed to be closer than another courier depot centre.

Purolator is best suited for those who will be home to accept their packages or for those who wish to have their packages sent to a work address. We just request that when requesting this service, that the business name is listed to ensure the courier delivers promptly.
